ISIS: the threat returns

In Raqqa, Syria, ISIS is not completely defeated yet.
The sleeper cells and the explosion are still threatening the stability of the area and people continue to fear the terrorists.
That is why Syrian people are asking to the US led coalition not to withdraw its troops yet.
